Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
It works well. I haven't had many issues with it, and it works well enough for our environment. We used to use Cisco Webex, which had its own issues, and our screen sharing wasn't of the best quality. That all changed when we implemented Zoom. It works fast, has clear audio and video, and lets our users set meetings up seamlessly.

- Less intrusive app.
- Less of the assistant pop-ups.
- Cost savings.
- Device integration.
- Easy device setups.
I haven't used Zoom AI much.

Zoom works better and is less bulky and expensive to cisco in every way.
