Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I use Zoom for inbound and outbound client calls. My team works off of a call queue to provide medical services in a telehealth platform. The Zoom queue allows for equal work distribution and helps simplify workflow. Zoom is also utilized for video calls to connect to members and company meetings.
