Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I use Zoom for inbound and outbound client calls. My team works off of a call queue to provide medical services in a telehealth platform. The Zoom queue allows for equal work distribution and helps simplify workflow. Zoom is also utilized for video calls to connect to members and company meetings.

Zoom is effective for all of my client interactions, with the exception of calling emergency dispatch. I wish there was a way to call local dispatch for a patient without having to do a manual Google search for a phone number.
