Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We have numerous Zoom Rooms for external meetings and intra-city meetings. Departments can keep track of progress company-wide in morning standups as well as ensure that we can join any sort of external meeting in our fancy conference rooms.
Pros
- Screen Sharing.
- Clear audio.
- Physical meeting reduction.
- Quick meetings allow details to not be missed.
Cons
- Help with the "you're muted" and "I can't hear you" instances.
- Boomer-proofing.
- Room management.
- Less time wasted on in person meetings.
- Less money wasted on travel.
- Higher likelihood of initiating a quick meeting rather than not meeting at all.
- Slack and Cisco Webex Share (discontinued)
