Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace to communicate with both our team and clients. Zoom Meetings facilitate most of our internal communication, while Zoom Phone serves as our primary phone system. Client training is conducted through Zoom Webinars. However, we do not use Zoom's team chat feature, as we had already implemented another internal chat system prior to fully integrating Zoom Workplace.

Pros

  • The Zoom Phone feature works great for us
  • The scheduler that intergrates with my google calander is extreamly benifitial and is a tool that I use on the daily.
  • I like the ability to change company settings as the admin on the website.

Cons

  • Needs better intergration with Hubspot, in particular call queues recordings showing up in the hubspot system
  • there needs to be an easier way to change company holidys
  • An improved call center experience was the primary reason we fully integrated with Zoom Workplace, specifically for Zoom Phone. It is reliable, easy to use, and provides up-to-date analytics.

We use zoom and zoom workplace for almost all forms of communication. With the one exception being team chat. The only reason we do not use team chat, is that we had previously adopted another chat communication system prior to fully integrating with zoom .
