Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for our internal and external calls, meetings, and messaging throughout our internal network. In addition, we use it to schedule meetings, daily, recurring meetings, etc. It is definitely a great platform to use as we have been a customer since 2021 and addresses the problem of connecting all of our employees (from all over or any that work out of state or from home). We also use it to message each other internally as well and share files if necessary.
Pros
- Connect us in meetings whether it be in our building or anywhere we bring our computers, phones and laptops
- Calling our facilities internally that are outside the US are seemless and doesn't seem to be a challenge when calling abroad
- The messaging system is pretty convenient and easy to use.
Cons
- It would be great if Zoom had the capabilities to use AI to take notes for us within the platform or be easier to search for past conversations (if it allows us)
- A better platform for us to look up files that are being sent internally rather than having to dig through conversations or on the search bar.
- Improve on the transcription on Voicemails and most of the time it's not accurate if someone has an accent.
- Negative is that Zoom had to charge us more each year since we have multiple types of users and facilities, there is no cost savings as we have been a long time user.
- We have had a bad experience which Account Reps being changed where discounts were honored and then denied when the former Account Rep left. Then we had to pay full price.
- The lack of communication with my Account Rep is very poor impact in my opinion. For example, I have emailed my Account Rep two weeks and haven't received a response until today. Scheduled a call per their request on their calendar and they failed to attend the meeting they confirmed with me.
