Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We are a global organization. We can't reach the corners of the world on a regular basis. We use Zoom for coaching calls, team meetings, round table discussions and everything in between.

Pros

  • Provides a consistent platform for discussion
  • Integrates apps so that we can gamify the process
  • Records our meetings so that we can review opportunites to grow

Cons

  • Easier to share the screen when already in screenshare.
  • Automatically sharing sound
  • Easier way to see everyone at once when 10 people are on a call without scrolling screens
  • Improved client (and employee) engagement
  • Cost savings vs. in-person meetings
  • Time savings vs. travel time to/from meetings
AI is still not as accurate as I would like, but it is good at catching the gist of what is said.
I've used Citrix and Google Meet, Teams and Adobe. Zoom is the most intuitive platform that I have ever used.

I'm all in on Zoom Workplace. I use it every day for work, but even in my personal life with family members that aren't close, we stay connected through my personal Zoom account. I have used Zoom for nearly 10 years now. I trained many people how to use it during the pandemic as well. It is the most effective platform I know of to bring people together.
