- Like to see a client just for VOIP and messaging and not one larger client with video meetings
- Ability to customize zoom workspace with additional user custom shortcuts and links
- Like to see different panes in workspace client to show applets persistently in workplace client
- Cost savings as compared to our previous VOIP solution
- We can self manage or use our provider for more extensive help easily
- Zoom Workplace is a verb and most of our customers can easily use zoom the best compares to other competitive products
