Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I've been using Zoom Workplace at work for about 5 years now. It is hands down the best application to use for video calls. Everything just works and it is super easy to navigate and use. There is also the added benefit that clients, even with little to no computer experience all seem to know this program and are able to join meetings with little difficulty. If you want a hassle free, easy to use and effective video call program, then you can't go wrong with Zoom.

  • The connection quality does seem to dropout occasionally

Zoom Workplace is well suited for any video call type situation with team members or clients. Its difficult to say where it is not appropriate, because those situations would be where a video call is not necessary, like in person meetings or presentations. But the whole point is when a video call is required, Zoom should be the go to application.
