We use Zoom Workplace for daily meetings both individually and as a company. It allows us to summarize our meetings and helps with task creation. It has allowed us to essentially streamline everything. The ability to create and utilize slideshows also allows our meetings to run smoother for our online employees.

Zoom AI Companion

Zoom AI has allowed us to create transcripts of all our calls to log any additional notes we may have missed along with create action items from those notes has been the biggest help. Allow us to also create summaries is a quick easy way to deliver messages to our workers who may have missed a meeting.

We have company meetings where some people work in other areas of the country and obviously without having them in office we need a space to be able to be creative and share tools we are using together. Having workplace streamline all communications allows for the meetings to take place on time and function thoroughly.
