Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for video conferencing. We are a remote first company so i use zoom to meet with anyone that i am assisting. Screen sharing is necessary for people to share the issues with their computer so i can assist them properly. We also utilize zoom room systems in our office locations for people to hold in person meetings.

Pros

  • Stable Call quality
  • Integration with Outlook Calendar
  • Zoom Room in person conference
  • Zoom Phone

Cons

  • Bi directional sync with outlook calendar sometimes leaves a remnant ghost meeting for meetings cancelled in outlook
  • Zoom Delegation is hidden in admin console
  • Improved Collaboration
  • Improved Customer Satisfaction
  • BlueJeans Meetings (discontinued), BlueJeans Events (discontinued) and Google Meet
Zoom Workplace is a more premium experience to these other products that just works. You can expect enterprise level support for all software and functions.

Zoom Workplace is the best in class for video conferencing. If their company is willing to pay the money for a premium conference solution then zoom is worth the money. The stability of the application on calls is important so that meetings do not get missed or cancelled due to schedule issues or drops in service. It would be less appropriate if cost is a main concern since zoom is rather expensive.
