Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for video conferencing. The Zoom conference room makes it easy to connect with others quickly. We simply sit down, click the button and everyone is there. It's always easy for them to connect and to share their screen. Training new employees on Zoom is simple. Just showing a few quick steps is all that it takes. They're pleased to be able to begin zooming quickly.

We looked at other options and nothing was close. Our questions from Administration and from Tech were answered quickly and simply. Tech was sold instantly on the solutions offered versus solutions offered by competitors. And then when prices were discussed, it was easy to choose. We were offered a better product at an extremely fair price.

The simplicity of use and simplicity of training you employees is the best part. Onboarding new employees takes time as every business uses different systems. This part of onboarding doesn't take much time at all. Employees are shown the Zoom room, Zoom phones and Zoom video and they always adapt quickly. There are rarely questions about where, how or why.
