Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Contact Center

We use Zoom Workplace as a contact center for an Orthopedic Group. Some of the problems we used to have involved patients not getting to who they needed to speak to, and now with Zoom, we have made specific queues that has been efficient in solving this issue that we had.

Pros

  • The wallboard is very useful
  • The phones are always working
  • The contact Center is very efficient

Cons

  • There are a lot of steps to answer calls
  • When users switch between contact center and zoom phone, sometimes they still get duplicate calls
  • sometimes we have trouble locating specific calls
  • The IVR has helped us tremendously in directing calls correctly
  • The wallboard helps us see how our agent productivity is
  • We enjoy seeing who is transferring what calls
Zoom Workplace is a lot easier to use than Talkdesk and is a lot less buggy.

Zoom Workplace have worked very well for us as an orthopedic group. Being in a call center who schedules appointments, it is imperative that we are able to seamlessly go back and listen to calls to ensure that we are providing the best service to our patients, and Zoom helps us do this.
