Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Contact Center
We use Zoom Workplace as a contact center for an Orthopedic Group. Some of the problems we used to have involved patients not getting to who they needed to speak to, and now with Zoom, we have made specific queues that has been efficient in solving this issue that we had.
Pros
- The wallboard is very useful
- The phones are always working
- The contact Center is very efficient
Cons
- There are a lot of steps to answer calls
- When users switch between contact center and zoom phone, sometimes they still get duplicate calls
- sometimes we have trouble locating specific calls
- The IVR has helped us tremendously in directing calls correctly
- The wallboard helps us see how our agent productivity is
- We enjoy seeing who is transferring what calls
