Good Experience, could still be better
Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is used as our internal meeting software, customer facing meetings, and contact center applicaiton. It is nice to have everything all in one, and we currently have about 50-100 users in our use case. We are mostly satisfied with it as our solution, as they are evolving with current market levels.

- Interface needs a refresh, very 2015.
- Better Contract Options
- Easier Admin Navigation
- Dialpad Meetings and Intercom
Intercom's call features are not yet available. Dialpad does currently seem superior, but we are locked in with Zoom Workplace at the moment.
