Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace as the phone system and for contact center for the customer service team. Mainly the contact center gives us the ability to see the interactions and the metrics later on. Gives us the ability to see where to improve our customer service and where we are doing good already. The flow aswell is good is more structured now then what we used before.
Pros
- Flow of contact center and the manage that
- Seeing the metric for the interactions
- Phone using in general is great to be used
Cons
- Integration with Salesforce
- Multiple caller ids without having multiple sites
- Multiple inboxes in the email tab
- Cost saving from previous provider
- Better control over contact center
- Easier to manage
Do not use Zoom AI Companion.
Works for smaller customer service but if you want to see metrics and so on Zoom Workplace is the way.
