Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Using Zoom Workplace as well as Zoom Phone, we run our entire customer service off of the Zoom platform. Their phone system is the simplest option available, and Zoom Workplace is just simply how you would want to use the "original" Zoom. At the end of the day, it's the best option.
