Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Phone calls through a landline mostly. We had to upgrade our phones because the calls were dropping with a recent update which was frustrating. It is nice to be able to access on mobile as well. We don't really do video calls. We use a lot of extensions for internal communication and transferring calls.

It overall works well for what it does and I haven't had any major issues apart from calls dropping out of nowhere which was hard to troubleshoot. Would have been nice to have more support on that. Nice to have meetings and phone call capabilities. The app is helpful as well.
