Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We primarily use Zoom Workplace to meet and collaborate with colleagues both local and remote. Zoom Workplace makes this seamless.
Pros
- No performance issues like with Webex or Teams
- Clear audio and video
- Easy to use features for sharing screens and documents
Cons
- Handle multiple monitors better
- Make it easier to hide/move/unhide meeting controls while presenting
- Hotkey support for muting and unmuting regardless of which application is in focus
- Cost savings from not requiring travel to remote locations
- Improved collaboration experience for remote employees
- Microsoft Teams, Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Skype for Business and now part of Microsoft Teams
I think Zoom Workplace is about equivalent to the Webex suite. However, Microsoft has the edge due to the breadth of capabilities packaged with Microsoft 365/Entra.
