We recently transitioned to Zoom Workplace Phones at the [...]. Learning to use Zoom Workplace has been an easy process. We now have anytime access to our phones which helps us provide a better patron service experience on daily basis.

  • Easy of Use

Cons

  • Internet connectivity can be spotty when using WIFI
  • We are able to provide more efficient service
  • Flexibility to Work From Home allows us to log on at times the physical workplace is not open
