Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We primarily use it for webinars. Our webinars usually attract 600-1000 attendees. We like to be able to save and download high quality versions of the video and audio along with a transcript. This is something we’ve struggled to find solutions for in the past, and Zoom Workplace has been helpful in that regard.

Pros

  • Sends out reminder emails to participants and panelists
  • Transcription feature
  • Ability to save video on the cloud afterwards
  • Interactive comments and questions feature

Cons

  • Slow download times when saving video afterwards
  • Does not remember settings I previously inputted
  • Better analytics tracking
  • Increased messaging opportunities
  • Ability to connect with a wide range of users
In my opinion, Zoom Workplace has far more capabilities than Teams and much better and more robust functionality. It allows for intuitive reporting, and is a very reliable platform. We’ve also found it easier to use, especially for members of our team who might not be as tech-savvy as others. Overall, it has been a great platform for our business.

Webinars, smaller and larger work meetings, informational sessions, any time you want a more structured format than something like Microsoft Teams which can feel a bit more casual and informal at times. It has been great for our monthly webinars and we don’t plan on trying other platforms.
