Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace to connect with our internal team and with clients. Our workplace is about 50 percent remote and Zoom Workplace has proved to be a crucial link to keep our team connected. It greatly expands our ability to respond to clients and to understand their needs. We also use Zoom phones. We use Zoom Workplace to record presentations and develop those into YouTube videos for use in several formats.
Pros
- AI Companion is great at summarizing meetings without being obtrusive to meetings
- The recording features are superior to other platforms
- Webinars have amazing features, such as managing registrations, Q&A and adding presenters
Cons
- Integrating with Outlook
- Syncing with calendar and between the browser portal and app
- Some clients cannot access due to security in their IT, this could be improved
- We are better able to connect as team
- Zoom Workplace improves our ability to interact with clients
- Zoom Workplaceis affordable
