Zoom Workplace for adults with disabilities virtual classes

We facilitate virtual classes using Zoom Workplace to adults with disabilities so that they can join enrichment classes online, from the comfort of their own home. We have various users who have Zoom accounts and facilitate these classes from multiple different sites in our organization. We love using Zoom Workplace because it is very user friendly. People we support with disabilities are able to use it, often times on their own without assistance of staff or their families. We enjoy that we can easily control other screen, mute and unmute people for them in case they do not know how to work that feature. We use the whiteboard function to draw and play games, we screenshare video's and have fun with the interactive backgrounds Zoom offers. Currently, there are no real problems for us using Zoom that I would wish to address, I prefer to use Zoom Workplace over Microsoft Teams.
