Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Working in the Accounts team at a global company who has clients, colleagues and suppliers all over the world. It helps bring stake holders together. In the past, the alternative would have been very expensive costly international phone calls!
Pros
- Able to share screen without being in the same room / face to face
- Annotations of others screen and your own screen
- Great for hybrid working
Cons
- Schedule a meeting is a bit tricky especially for those less tech savvy
- Chat feature isn't ideal
- Saves time booking meeting rooms which are expensive
- Cheaper than mobile to mobile calls
- Doesn't require a number unlike a mobile or landline
Google meets and Microsoft teams are harder for sharing screens so we prefer Zoom Workplace.
