Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Workplace is usually used by our team for team meetings, client meetings, and work collabs across all our departments. Mostly many times it help us stay connected from hybrid and remote employees and let us work together. It prevents in communication gaps, sharing screens, training through meetings about the workflow, and much more.

Pros

  • It helps to bring the remote and in-office team together.
  • Helps in training and client engagement without need of physical presence.
  • Reduce communication gaps and all by instant meeting feature and even can schedule meetings.

Cons

  • Integration with google or outlook calendar causes issue with timezones many times.
  • Chat functionality feature could be improved and can have any whatsapp functionality implemented.
  • Could have sticky notes etc widget feature
  • It is cost effective as it saves the travelling cost and also in house resources safer due to online meetings.
  • During pandemic and holidays or any serious situations , it still helps to continue the business work and let the team work properly.
  • Sometimes the meetings get back to back and on off camera things etc causing real time issues like eye health-damaging , employee bluffing, etc
Ease of use, video and audio quality is much better as compared to other and the Ai feature for summarising the meeting and help in forming presentation and report , even have ease in integrations and Ui as compared to other platforms , and as we had many meetings through it , all the webinars etc were properly hosted.

Google Meet, Skype (discontinued), Zoho Meeting
It helps in hosting townhall , webinars , daily meetings or meetings with third party clients or internal team. Zoom is not built for a proper project purposes, where it can manage and have notes etc, everything for a particular project itself. Sometimes change in frequent changes in meeting decisions and all cause issues for different time zones.
