I use Zoom Workplace for Conference meetings

Pros

  • Good speed and responsiveness
  • clear pictures
  • easy to use

Cons

  • Teams is free with our microsoft licenses. It makes more sense for us to start using that.
  • allows us to work remote
  • saves in travel costs
  • improved morale
Teams is a bit clunky and not as user friendly as Zoom Workplace

We are starting to shift to teams in order to save the entity money as we already have a product that does this. However, it seems more people are comfortable with Zoom Workplace, so it is easier to adopt especially in sales calls when we are calling many external people. That conferencing ability is easier..
