Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace in our company as a fallback. Mainly for digital meetings with smaller companies we work with, because those often do not have an own, established meeting tool.
The good thing is, that it is set up pretty fast, easy and without administrative privilages. With the right software deployment tools, it is quite easy to manage and update, if only one person uses a device. It is way more complicated in multi-user-environments, because of all those user-based installations.

In our company Zoom Workplace is a user choice. As stated, in most cases it is just a backup tool for those used in the company on a daily bases. The function most users miss in Zoom is the device swapping, like in Teams, where you can answer a call on the mobile phone and switch over to your laptop.
