Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I use Zoom in the workplace to take calls from both clients and vendors instead of having face to face meetings, and I use it for things I need to schedule instead of having to take phone calls. Zoom has just become the industry norm in having a way to communicate instead of having to just get a phone, because of the ability to share information in different ways.
Pros

- One On One Calls
- Ability to conduct meetings
- Ways to share screens and information between groups
Cons
- the 45 minute time limit needs to go away
- You would hope that it would run a bit smoother....
- Increased collaboration
- Increased productivity with all remote folks
- A real time saver
I do not use it, and have never tried it
I have never left Zoom - so I won't answer
- Microsoft Teams
Teams still seems to just have bugs in it - why, I do not know. I do find it inferior and that is why I really don't choose to host my meetings on it - yes, I still get invited to meetings on Teams and I still use it, but it's more of out of necessity
