Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Zoom Workplace is an integral part of our day-to-day operations. We use it for internal and external communications across teams.

Pros

  • Easy access - no matter the audience, it is accessible and always a winner.
  • Allows me to see others in real time. Calendar events display, as do any mobile changes. This gives me insight into my online coworkers, keeping it convenient for everyone.
  • Recording options are easily accessed. Live walkthroughs or meeting recaps can be shared with the assurance that everyone can access them.

Cons

  • Recent updates allow for immediate recording, viewing, and sharing. This was previously a place for improvement, but it has been a great update!
  • Not the tool's fault: not all employees use it the same way. Leaving gaps in the opportunities it provides.
  • Adding editing would be useful for times when used for training.
  • Time is of the essence in a virtual business. We can meet across time zones and borders without concern.
  • Calendar integration helps us communicate with assured convenience.
  • It's a critical piece of our corporate puzzle.
Each product has its unique features. Zoom has been in production long enough to earn confidence in its accessibility and reliability.
