Zoom knocks it out of the park.

As a global company that is also partially remote, we use Zoom daily to stay in contact with our colleagues. Zoom is our online meeting place. We also use Zoom for webinars. Whether internally for our company-wide town halls, or externally for hosting virtual customer and prospect events. I have personally used both the everyday meetings portion and the webinar functionality. In addition, our company has started to roll out the scheduler function. We don’t have a current scheduler tool, as it was always a security concern, but Zoom’s scheduler is great for what we need.

Zoom AI companion has helped immensely, as I can truly stay focused on being an active participant on the call, rather than being a note taker or afraid I might miss something. I love using it to not only take notes, but also summarize and take action on any items that need to be taken post-meeting.

I have used several competitors, whether as an owner or participant, and I can confidently say Zoom far exceeds the rest. The UX is far cleaner and easier to use and navigate. There are multiple features that others don’t have, and overall, I think the quality of videos, etc., is much better.
