ZoomInfo is used by our field sales reps, inside sales reps, and by marketing team members that focus on lead generation. It integrates into our Salesforce and is only seen by the certain users that need access to it. We have tried various other data intelligence tools (Hoovers, InsideView) and ZoomInfo has the best user-interface for our sales reps. It allows our reps to ammend contact, lead, and account data when needed and also conduct larger searches based on key demographics.

I pulled a sales rep on all demos with me while we were evaluating. The usability that Zoom provided made it the best choice for Billtrust. Also, the rep was impressed the most by Zoom when she asked for more complicated and specific searches. The number of names we received with emails or direct dials has greatly helped the sales team.
After using a variety of data aggregators and cleaning tools, I received the least amount of phone calls from our sales team with usability questions or general complaints about dirty data. Our sales rep was helpful and attentive. Whenever I have had to reach out to their customer service, my questions have been answered promptly.
ZoomInfo seems to work best with SFDC users. Since it integrates so well the usage has been great with our sales reps. Much better than past tools. If you are doing a database cleanse, make sure the first file you send them has account IDs and contact IDs. We did not know that this was the file that would be worked off of once we signed and this caused us some pain when uploading.
