Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo in our Recruiting Department and it has helped us find potential candidates contact information to reach out to them directly. This is very helpful to find new candidates and stay in touch with current candidates to enhance our pipeline.

Pros

  • Finds email addresses and phone numbers for the candidate you are looking for at their current company
  • Explains in detail a company's information
  • Started using ZoomInfo for sourcing and found some new candidates that I didn't find on other sources so that is great.

Cons

  • Sometimes the information such as the company the person works for can be incorrect or out of date.
  • Sometimes a phone number is listed as the person's direct line but it is really the company's reception desk.
  • Would be great to have other functionalities for sourcing such as years of experience, school, degree and things like that.

ZoomInfo rarely has incorrect information or not the information I would like which makes my job a lot easier and helps to be efficient and find new candidates. I think ZoomInfo stacks up well against the competition because I find myself using it way more frequently than any other software.
It is well suited to find contact information at a candidate's current company. It is also great to learn more information about a company. I have learned many new aspects about a company and their projects from ZoomInfo.

It is not suited for needing personal contact information. There is no functionality to find personal information but it is nice to have their work contact information.
