Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is being used by most people in the organisation within a research capacity to track down email addresses and direct phone numbers. We locate experts for our clients and we find them using zoominfo. Sometimes we find the experts through LinkedIn and then use zoominfo to actually contact them.

Pros

  • Gives accurate direct lines - very difficult to find usually
  • Gives accurate email addresses
  • It updates itself to make sure the person's job title is accurate

Cons

  • When trying to create a list through zoominfo, it would be great to be able to put in past company names
  • Grow database
  • Decreased time to reach decision makers
  • RocketReach, LinkedIn and Email Hunter
LinkedIn is the best tool for prospecting as [it's the] most accurate, but for volume, zoominfo is best. RocketReach can be better at times as it gives you personal email addresses (if professional ones block "spam".
Well suited to find contact details or to create mailing lists with many contacts quickly. Not so good for very targeted search (unlike LinkedIn) as not everyone is on it.
