Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo for our inside sales and business development department for finding key decision-makers and their contact details. It also helps us in collecting information on an organisation.
Pros
- Getting an overview of an organisation in regards to revenue, employees, key servicing areas, address & website etc.
- Finding key people in any particular department of an organization.
- Finding correct contact details for key people.
Cons
- Please add functionality to open people in any particular department in a new window.
- Still have a lot of information missing on middle sized organisations. Needs improvement.
- It is still too early for us to give out any number in regards to ROI. But surely we can say the decision to use ZoomInfo for us is right.
- Employee efficiency has increased a lot as it has helped us to decrease RnD time.
We read quite a positive review about ZoomInfo and took a hunch and that decision turned out to be absolutely right. We were using Data.com earlier which was not that good as per our experience.
