To help build lists for sales generation and also to help us build lists and keep our accounts completely up to date. The ease of use to find a contact in an organization is quite easy, you can filter almost anything in your search to get the most precise and accurate leads.

[We selected it because] ZoomInfo makes it easy to find the right people you are looking for and you can even filter the information to within 6 months so you don't have to worry about acquiring a ton of people who have moved on to other companies. Most have direct emails and phone numbers which cuts down the time of prospecting.
It is well suited in many different ways. You can use it for building lists for an Excel sheet, finding a new contact within a company, getting all information you need on the company such as size and industry, and it even links up with Salesforce to make it easy to find the contact again.
