Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
At my company we use ZoomInfo in our sales department. It provided valuable information on potential companies as well as a way to find different contacts in order to reach the person.
Pros
- Provides background information on organizations. This helped me to get a quick understanding of potential accounts prior to reaching out.
- Provides an easy solution for getting information on new leads into Salesforce. This saved me time from creating new leads.
- Provides information on a network of individuals to target your outreach.
Cons
- When they upgraded, the transition could have been smoother. I found that I switched back and forth a lot.
- At times I came across outdated information.
- I don't have access to hard number on the results it provided to my company.
- Datanyze, Hunter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
ZoomInfo had more information readily available than other platforms I used.
