ZoomInfo Adds Value!
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Used across the sales, sales dev, and marketing ends of NVM. Helps us find contact info for people we need to reach but otherwise couldn't. Things like emails and phone numbers (both direct and HQ phones) allow us to reach VIPs in various companies who are important for us to reach. Very happy with ZoomInfo.
Pros
- Getting phone numbers with a high accuracy rate
- Getting emails with a high accuracy rate
- Allowing us to sift through companies for people with titles we're looking for
Cons
- Occasionally people have left company (but not such a high rate)
- Sometimes phone numbers are off
- Login is extremely annoying
- Overall ZoomInfo has allowed us to reach contacts at various companies far faster and more feasibly
- Has allowed me to optimize my LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches by adding a layer of actually being able to reach contacts directly
- By importing to Salesforce, we've been able to improve our Salesforce data and add more relevant contacts to lists when it comes to outbound outreach
I honestly haven't used anything quite similar to ZoomInfo except for LinkedIn Sales Navigator (which seems to be the most similar thing to ZoomInfo - but it's still wildly different). I typically find relevant contacts on LinkedIn, but then to actually get their contact info, there's nothing I've ever used that is even close to ZoomInfo in terms of quality or depth of data and accuracy.
