Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I like ZoomInfo and the convenience of having the data feed into my accounts in Salesforce. Simply finding the contacts/prospects you need and then clicking to add them into the account is super convenient.
  • Sorts by most important title so decision makers show up first typically
  • Click to add saves time and data entry
  • Shows how current the data is with a date stamp to the right of each contact
  • First, sometimes I still have to search LinkedIn and add people manually at times. That is somewhat natural due to turnover I am sure.
  • Second, and this may be a setting on my company's part, not certain, I now have to login to ZoomInfo ever day whereas it used to keep me logged in for long periods of time, even months.
  • No Idea, as I am not aware of what my company pays, I am an end user
Even with a couple of issues that are not perfect, I would still be very sad to see it go, so 9/10 for this one.
