Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It's being used by solely the sales and account development functions to understand context to the company, news, and contact information. The business problem it solves is how we are able to reach out to prospects and buyers.
- Direct dials: They are updated and normally right. I use ZoomInfo for all of my prospects and wouldn't be able to contact my prospects otherwise
- Tools/compete info: They provide an accurate overview of the tools that the organization I'm prospecting uses. It helps me to tailor my messaging.
- Prospecting: Helps me find contacts who may not be on other data/prospecting sites.
- Insufficient information for companies outside of technology field
- Export to Salesforce capabilities take longer than other tools
- Faster lead conversion, ability to contact and reach out to prospects quicker creates a larger volume and higher chance of conversion.
- It saves time in account and contact research. All the info is readily available, and I can pull up ZoomInfo in an extension instead of going to a separate window.
- DiscoverOrg and RainKing (acquired by DiscoverOrg)
Both DiscoverOrg and RainKing are very similar but don't provide as much contact info as ZoomInfo does.
