We use it for prospecting/hunting....to find the right prospects by title, with their email, direct phone number, and various company filters like revenue. The entire sales organization uses it daily.
- Accurate contact information, approximately 80-90% of the time.
- Accurate revenue information, 90-95% of the time.
- Company hierarchy
- Contacts that may not be available via LinkedIn/other channels.
- Nothing is perfect, some data will get old, contacts will change jobs, etc.
- Not sure I'd believe some of the more niche technology listings.
- Hard to judge, but finding the right people to target is obviously a pretty important need, this does a great job of that.
- RainKing (acquired by DiscoverOrg) and DiscoverOrg
I haven't selected any of them, I use what I'm given. They all have their pros and cons. Zoom has the quantity and is mostly accurate, but DiscoverOrg will be more up to date, but [have] fewer contacts. Be nice to see when they are fully integrated into a single solution.
