Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is used in our company, especially in our sales team. We use it to get insights into their revenue, company contacts, and employee count. It helps us just gain more understanding on companies that we are prospecting for.
Pros
- Revenue is typically accurate compared to other databases.
- Easily pulls up the companies even if it is similar to others.
- Contacts are usually accurate, sometimes cross-checking with LinkedIn is helpful as well.
Cons
- I think it would be cool if ZoomInfo used LinkedIn to update contacts more often, because the job titles on ZoomInfo seem a little outdated.
- We have been able to grow our database.
- It has helped us keep track of our progress well in Salesforce.
- Helps us reach out to people that might not show up on places like LinkedIn.
