Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I'm quite happy with ZoomInfo for the most part. They have a huge number of contacts available and they make it very easy to upload these into Salesforce and export to Excel.
Overall, it's a great product that I'm looking forward to seeing ZoomInfo improve upon in the future.

- Wealth of information
- Accuracy of information
- Ease of exporting to SFDC or Excel
- The ability to "tag" prospects that I'm not ready to upload
- Better search customization
- More frequent updating of job titles
- Would be great to have more search options, like being able to set and/or conditions for searching
- A lot of times they don't have contacts that I really need.
- It's helped us more accurately target leads
I haven't used any other products like ZoomInfo
