Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Our department is using ZoomInfo and it is helping us quickly and efficiently gather contact information to organize a systematic outreach for our B2B sales team.

Pros

  • Integrates really well with Salesforce and outreach.
  • Quickly and efficiently organize lead lists with company industry filters.
  • Keyword search job titles and management level.

Cons

  • Phone numbers are sometimes not direct or old.
  • Contact information is not correct or is old.
  • Company title normalization is sometimes off.
  • Grown data base.
  • Decreased time to reach decision makers.
I really liked the data quality of DiscoverOrg especially direct phone numbers. But ZoomInfo's breadth was what made me decide on ZoomInfo. Really excited to see what the dual power of DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo will give me!!
Great for getting contact information, I don't typically use it to discover technology products.
