Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used by our SDR team to find direct dials and emails of prospects. It has saved us a lot of time from having to go through an automated phone line or gatekeeper.
- Providing direct dials versus HQ phone numbers.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- It's easy to navigate with an intuitive UI.
- Ability to enrich excel sheets of prospect withs contact info.
- Great for finding contact info but not as great for finding leads. We still have to use LinkedIn to find prospects and then use zoom to pull their info.
- We have 100% sourced multiple new deals by having the correct contact information of prospects.
- Decreased time to reach decision-makers.
