Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I use ZoomInfo as a way to find my leads. I manage the entire sales process, from sourcing leads to completion of the sales cycle. So ZoomInfo is a way for me to find the right contacts and decision makers, with their titles, and their contact information, including emails and phone numbers.
Pros
- Huge database of leads
- Pretty accurate
- Fairly affordable
Cons
- Not super industry specific details
- Costs money to export
- Can be cumbersome if you don't want to use credits
- Reduces need for other resources
- Also has chrome add-on tools for convenience
- Enables me to find the right decision makers efficiently
ZoomInfo has a much greater reach and base of contacts. It is much more for finding all people in mid-large organizations, rather than a specific subset or industry. It doesn't have super great information on really niche or small companies, but neither would their competitors most likely. So I would say ZoomInfo is definitely one of the best bets.
