Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is currently being used by our outbound and inbound sales teams here at Hootsuite. It is being primarily used by the sales department and has plans to be rolled out across the entire company. This allows our sales teams prospect further into organizations that are interested in buying our product as well as cold reach out to organizations that we think might be a good fit.

- Personal email or contact numbers, not work are at times inaccurate
- ZoomInfo randomly crashes at times but very infrequently

ZoomInfo is much better than all of the other tools that we have used here at Hootsuite. ZoomInfo has great accuracy for contact and industry data. ZoomInfo also downloads leads faster, crashes less and is much faster overall as a tool. Finally, ZoomInfo has a very customer friendly interface that is easy to learn and use.
