Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is used by our Sales team, including our Account Executives and the Business Development Representatives. This is used when the contact information is unavailable, out of date, or incorrect in our Salesforce records. It is very helpful in finding tiles, positions, emails and phone numbers for potential clients or current clients.

ZoomInfo is a great place to start if you know who you want to talk to, but don’t have their direct contact number or email. Alternatively, I’ve used it to find out who I should speak with based on their company and title listed on ZoomInfo. This is very helpful when you don’t know where to start.
