Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Our sales team uses ZoomInfo to find contact information for prospects who aren't in our CRM yet after we've identified the correct people to get in touch with through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Pros
- Provides contact information
- Fairly easy integration with Salesforce CRM
Cons
- Contact information is out of date and inaccurate or not available at times when there's a pretty consistent email address structure (i.e. first.last@company.com)
- It's a clunky process to import a contact from ZoomInfo's browser plugin to Salesforce CRM. It's pretty manual and requires lots of clicks
