Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We mainly use it for adding new accounts into Salesforce within our TAM and SAM. I do a lot of research with parameters such as annual revenue, relevant industries, and NAICS codes. I also use it for enriching data of contacts. This includes adding their phone numbers and emails or sometimes adding contacts of relevant positions to accounts with no prior contacts.
Pros
- Finding contact info on decision makers.
- Saves immense amounts of time looking at companies.
- Enriching large Excel sheets with phone numbers/emails/company names.
Cons
- Adding more than 25 people at a time.
- Exclusions with tags (instead of DISPLAYING the tagged companies, DON'T DISPLAY tagged).
- More accurate annual revenue for private companies (hard to do).
- Grown database substantially.
- Quicker to add them in, integrated with SF saves lots of headaches.
- Negative: Have to double-check annual revenue a lot and spend lots of time uploading to Salesforce.
I haven't used any others personally. ZoomInfo was the first program like itself I have used, and it has left a pretty good impression. I will keep an eye out for certain features when using other programs to see how it stacks up against ZoomInfo. My main issue is the cap at (25) uploading per upload.
