Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to enrich, clean and keep our data "warehouse" clean. As a daily driver we also use ZoomInfo as a source of truth for establishing new accounts and sourcing information such as phone numbers and Annual Revenue etc. There is no better "1 stop -shop than ZoomInfo". We would have to use multiple vendors for this purpose. We also use ZoomInfo to source technology users as well, actually it seems like we find new ways to use the tool every month-- we just figured out how to search by domains as Gov agencies change, buy .gov domains stay the same. We also use the scoops quite often as well and tie it all together with geographies.

We looked at Datafox in the past but, ZoomInfo was the best and delivered over and over- has never let us down. We had Data.Com and we are so happy we have stick with ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo never stops getting better in all ways. Their UI gets better, data sources get better and now they have a buyer intent tool. ZoomInfo is always working to deliver companies what we need before we ask for it, or asking us what we need and helping us solve problems, sometimes before we see them. Their data is great !!
