Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo as part of our demand generation/prospecting efforts. It helps us to identify potential buyers of our services and provides great details on those organizations. It helps to have reliable data and get contact information for prospects. We currently have 10 users and use it to collaborate between sales and marketing for campaigns.

- Easy to filter for the exact companies you are looking for
- Contact information is reliable
- Find that tech stacks listed for companies are not always verified
- Would be helpful to be able to export details on contacts (specifically what technologies they are responsible for)
- Found it easier to identify companies looking for services (intent topics)
- Saves time from searching for contacts to exporting directly to CRM
We previously used DiscoverOrg, which is similar to what we moved to (ZoomInfo). Other tools do not provide you with the content and contact information in the way that ZoomInfo does. LinkedIn is a great search engine for finding contacts but you are then at the mercy of and only connecting through LinkedIn.
