Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo provides contact information with provided accuracy levels in addition to clear tags for direct, mobile, or HQ numbers. In addition to this, they provide filters by intent signals, org structures, internal departments, and so forth. They also integrate into Salesforce well, providing clear plug-ins that play well and help my daily workflow. Prospecting has never been easier.

  • Personal workflow efficiency.
I have not gone through the due diligence process of evaluating other data providers in the same space as ZoomInfo at all. Our administrators performed this process and I was not involved at all. I cannot provide any relevant information on this topic and have no knowledge regarding the selection process.
Outreach, Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
ZoomInfo is well suited for positions that require the following: High-level overviews of org structures, Search of job titles in specific departments or by contact accuracy, Acquisition of mass contact information for prospecting or other data-mining positions, Integrations with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales/marketing systems in use at various companies.
